The ladder, and the date each rung was chosen

Monitor → Warn → Redact → Block as an object rather than a slogan: five versions in force and one proposed, each dated, each carrying the detector registry it shipped with and linked to the events decided under it. Above the timeline the grid shows the ladder as it stands — a mode per data class and role group, each cell with its regulatory citation.

An event carries the version that decided it, so tightening a cell in week 9 never rewrites week 2. That is what lets one lender’s habit be read twice: R. Okafor’s week-2 paste was monitored and his week-9 paste redacted, same prompt shape, different law.
