The override rate, week by week, on a phone

Overridden ÷ warned for every week of the pilot, both counted off event fields: 22% in week 5, 11% in week 10, under the 15% ceiling. Under it sit three adoption rates, each with its own pair — 126 of 185 warned events took the internal assistant across weeks 9 and 10, 55 of 135 warned Lending events chose redact and continue over the window, and 275 of 668 warned events were redirected across the whole pilot.

Two of those three read 41% and one reads 68%, which is why each carries the counts it was divided out of and the window inside its own label. They count events, not people: the funnel counts submissions. The 68% is also the computed case beside the v6 proposal to advance Retail & Branch Ops — and v6 is unapproved, which the page says is why it is pending.
